The drawing room of the villa has plenty of space to move around, Durian branded comfy couches for sitting and sleeping, plenty of windows and a sunroof to facilitate incoming of sunlight, and cross ventilation. Each of the bedrooms does have a dedicated workspace at the corner, and the balconies of the bedroom open to the large el fresco lounge.

The villa welcomes the guests with the powder room at the entrance that leads to the drawing room, adjacent to the drawing room is the dining hall having a huge dining table with N number of chairs to accommodate as many people at a given point in time. The other features are 24 hours running hot and cold water supply, an uninterrupted power supply, high-speed Wi-fi to keep in touch with the world during the stay, and many other VVIP facilities that one could ever imagine.

The kitchen of this villa is well organized with all the things that one could find to cook and serve themselves, if the need is then a chef is made available that will impress the guests with mind-blowing delicacies from across the world Notwithstanding the existing arrangements, the owners of the villa have made sure that housekeepers, security and other staff working in the villa are always on standby to sort out any problem that the guests may encounter during the stay.
