Villa Rules

1) Neither parties nor loud music is allowed beyond 10 PM

2) Smoking is prohibited in the entire Villa premises

3) The official check-in time is 2 pm & check out time is 11 am on all days unless otherwise

4) A mandatory refundable security deposit of Rs 25000/- needs to be paid upfront while checking in. This amount will be refunded only when all the articles in the Villa premises are found to be intact without even an inch of damage at the time of check-out

5) For booking confirmation 50% advance amount needs  to be paid and the rest before check-in
