The villa is situated at a prime location wherein all the popular happening places are within reach including food joints. The entire façade of this villa is a mish-mash of contemporary Indian style and Portuguese architecture.

The villa is a 5 BHK one ideal for a joint family to stay comfortably during a Goa excursion. The walls and corners are adorned with marvelous paintings, and sculptures by renowned artists. The important aspect of this villa is the big in-house swimming pool eagerly waiting for the guests to take a dip and cool themselves from the sweltering heat of Goa.

The deck of the pool has plenty of sunbeds, and hammocks for resting, sunbath, and conducting pool parties. From the villa’s living room, one can view the swimming pool and lush green patch outside. All rooms including the living room have modern sitting, and resting arrangements and are fully airconditioned by centralized airconditioning systems, For grubbing the kitchen of the villa is always kept fully stocked with all possible groceries, cutleries, and other items meant to encourage guests to self cook and serve.

The big dining area on the ground floor can accommodate a maximum number of people at a given point in time. The unbreakable French windows bring in good light from the blazing sun and facilitate cross ventilation. Of course, other facilities are housekeeping, security, caretaker, Wi-Fi, and more.
