Evergreen Villa and Villa Mars having the similar architecture but unique in other aspects some of it is floor plan of the Villas and the unique furnishing. The entrance to the 3 bedroom villa begins with a covered Verandah which runs across the perimeter and has a casual seating facility and a table for meal serving. The living space consists of sofas, drawing table and a big round Dinner table for 6 persons.

The Evergreen villa has 3 bedrooms spread across 2 unit of Villas. So one has a choice of either sleeping on Ground or in the first floor. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with attached washrooms. One of the USPs(unique selling prospects) of the Villa is the open to sky showers in some of the ground floor bedrooms.
