The deck of the pool has a mini-bar fully stocked with assorted wines, whiskies, rums, champagnes, vodkas, gins, cognac, etc from across the globe, the bar has a bartender tending to it. The villa is a 2-story mansion with all 5 bedrooms spread across 2 floors. Beside the pool is an underground passage that leads to a beautiful lounge having modern furniture where one can sit, gossip, etc.

As a 5 bedroom Villa, the mansion is suitable for lodging by large extended families, big official or friends group, etc during Goa excursion. The Bedrooms and living rooms of the villa have home theatre systems for periodical entertainment. Notwithstanding the features as stated earlier the villa is fully backed up with 24 hours power, water supply, high-speed Wi-fi, and of course the housekeepers shall regularly maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the mansion premises.
