2) Villa consists of 3 bedrooms –Two bedrooms are on the ground floor with one bedroom facing the lawn and the other facing the Mandovi river. The third one is on the first floor. All bedrooms have ensuite washrooms and a steaming room.

3) Every bedroom  has a LED TV with a TATA Sky DTH connection

4) The kitchen consists of all possible ware to encourage to go in for self-cooking

5) High-speed Wi-fi (50Mbps) for faster downloading

6) 24 hours power backup facility through a couple of silent DG sets

7) Ample parking facility for one vehicle.

8) Housekeeping –Once a day to dust, broom, and mop the floors and bedsheets are changed.

9) Though as stated earlier that the Kitchen is well stocked to implore anybody to self cook but  if needed the services of a dedicated chef will be made available from 8 AM to 8 PM each day who will make authentic delicacies to satisfy the taste buds of patrons

11) While check-in in a security deposit of Rs 20000 will be charged that needs to be paid upfront. This amount will be refunded at the time of check out if all the valuables within the villa remain intact without even an inch of damage caused by the customers.
